Ivy Philip
Founder, EmployAble Malaysia
Ivy Philip, the Founder of EmployAble Malaysia, has a MSc in Developmental and Educational Psychology from University College London, a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning from University of Sheffield, and is a SPELL Certified Trainer. Ivy began her career in disability education in 2012 with a non-profit organisation in Malaysia. Here, she recognised the high need for tertiary education and employment support for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in Malaysia. Ivy has since dedicated her life to transforming Malaysia's inclusive employment landscape, leading to the establishment of EmployAble Malaysia. EmployAble works to bridge employers with potential employees with disabilities while also providing education and training to companies interested in building an inclusive workforce.
