Prof. Datin Dr. Mariani Md Nor

Prof. Datin Dr. Mariani Md Nor is a distinguished professor and the Dean of the Faculty of Education, Languages, Psychology, and Music at SEGi University, with over 30 years of expertise in Early Childhood Education (ECE). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Malaya and both a Master’s and PhD in Child Psychology from the University of Bristol. A leading figure in cognitive, developmental, and educational psychology, Prof. Dr. Mariani has been instrumental in shaping educational policies and programs both locally and internationally.

She also serves as the President of the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Council Malaysia, where she advocates for policy reform and professional development in early childhood education. Her extensive research and leadership have earned her recognition across various academic and international platforms, with over 60 published papers and several keynote addresses at national and international conferences.
