Florence Tan has been at the forefront of Corporate Sustainability (CS), Inclusion & Diversity (I&D), and Wellbeing at PwC Malaysia since launching the firm's first CS programme in 2008. With 15 years of experience, she has spearheaded initiatives that have earned the firm numerous accolades, including recognition for Best Workplace Practices and Diversity & Inclusion Reporting. Florence has been instrumental in promoting neurodiverse hiring, with PwC Malaysia now employing several neurodiverse individuals.
