Grace Gan Wei Cheng, Manager of Yayasan Gamuda, Enabling Academy (EA), holds a Master degree in Human Services (Rehabilitation Counselling) from Griffith University, Australia (2010) and a Bachelor of Psychological Science from the University of South Australia (2008). With over 10 years of experience as a Job Coach, including 6 years at Malaysian Care and 7 years at EA, she leads EA's employment transition programme (ETP), focusing on preparing neurodivergent trainees for sustainable employment and promoting neurodivergent hiring initiatives.

As a Senior Job Coach Trainer for Job Coach Network Malaysia, appointed by the Department of Social Welfare, she has helped develop the National Occupational Skills Standard (NOSS) for job coaching in Malaysia and conducted training sessions in China. To address gaps in structured employment transition programmes, she is spearheading efforts with her team to develop more employment transition centres across Malaysia, offering complimentary EA ETP Practitioners’ workshops.
